摘　　要：目的研究常规武器条件下野战医疗所重症伤员48小时护理需求。方法应用PRN系统评估183例不同意外事件致重症外伤患者所需护理项目,预测战时该类伤员直接护理内容,测算单项护理内容完成所需时间、PRN分值及各类伤部重症伤员48小时人均护理项次和PRN分值。结果与平时PRN护理项目相比较,该类伤员战时PRN护理项目8个方面,共55项直接护理内容,其PRN分值除情感支持外均低于平时;战时该所各类伤部重症伤员48小时人均护理项次119.70,PRN分值62.30。结论研究所得结果量化了常规武器条件下野战医疗所重症伤员护理需求,为管理者科学调配护理人力资源,有针对性地进行重症护理技能培训提供科学依据。Objective To investigate nursing requirements of the severe wounded in 48 hours after the admission in the field station under the condition of conventional weapon.Methods PRN system was applied in 183 patients with severe wounded in unexpected event nursing items,and the direct nursing content was forecast and the time and PRN point of each nursing care were calculated.Results Compare with normal time,in the PRN nursing items,8 kinds and 55 terms direct nursing were low in the wartime,nursing items per case in 48 hours was 119.70 and PRN point was 62.30.Conclusions The results of this research has quantified nursing requirements of severe wounded persons in the field station under the condition of conventional weapon which will provide evidence in nursing human resources and critical care skill training.
