TURP后出血与心血管疾病的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的总结分析经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后出血与术前伴有心血管疾病有无相关性。方法回顾性分析2005年8月-2010年7月北京天坛医院进行的354例经尿道前列腺电切术患者的临床资料,根据术前是否伴有高血压病、冠心病等心血管疾病将患者分为两组,对两组间术前临床症状、手术时间、切除前列腺重量及术后出血比例进行对比分析。结果两组患者术前临床症状、手术时间、切除前列腺重量相比无显著差异,伴有高血压病、冠心病等心血管疾病的218例患者术后出血比例为12.84%,术前未伴有相关疾病的136例患者术后出血比例仅为4.41%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术前伴有心血管疾病是引起经尿道前列腺电切术术后出血的重要因素,加强围手术期处理,积极控制术前因素可有效减少术后出血。Objective To summarize and analyze the relations between hemorrhage after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP） and the cardiovascular diseases.Methods From August 2005 to July 2010,a total of 354 cases that received TURP operation were reviewed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups,the patients with cardiovascular diseases were in the group A,and the patients without cardiovascular disease were in group B.The clinical system,operation time,excising weight of prostate,cases with hemorrhage were compared and analyzed.Results The compare of clinical system,operation time,excising weight of prostate had not statistical difference between both groups;the portion of hemorrhage in 218 cases that accompany with cardiovascular diseases was 12.84%,the portion of hemorrhage in another group was 4.41%,the difference had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The cardiovascular factor is an important reason that contributes to the postoperative bleeding after TURP.The complete preoperative preparation is the key factor to reduce hemorrhage
