摘　　要：目的总结分析人工耳蜗植入术的手术适应证、手术方法、术后效果评估。方法 11例患者均采用经面神经隐窝入路多道人工耳蜗植入,其中男性7例,女性4例,患者年龄326岁,语前聋8例,语后聋3例,左耳2例,右耳9例。结果 11例人工耳蜗电极均成功植入,达到了100%的手术成功率,术后X线检查人工耳蜗电极位置均在耳蜗内,纯音听力水平平均达到了3045 dB SPL。随访6个月2年听觉及语言功能恢复良好。结论术前认真的听力学和影像学检查是保证手术成功和达到良好听力恢复的首要前提,手术技巧及方法是手术成功的关键,而术后调机及言语康复训练则是人工耳蜗植入效果的保证。Objective To summarize and analyze the etiology,surgical indications,operation methods and outcomes of cochlear implant.Methods 11 cases were treated with multi-channel cochlear implants by facial recess approach.There were 7 males and 4 famales,aged between 3 and 26 years,prelingual deafness occurred in 8 cases,and postlingual in 3 cases;with 2 cases in left ear,and 9 cases in right ear.Results Electrode was successfully implanted in all case,one hundred percentage of successful implantation was achieved and postoperative X examination showed the correct cochlear electrode position,the average hearing level of tone stimulation was 30-45 dB SPL,after 6 months-2 years follow-up,hearing and language recoveried well.Conclusion Careful examination in audiology and imagiology pre-operation was very important in achieving the successful operation with the best hearing rehabilitation results.The surgical procedures and skill was the key point,the mapping after surgery and audition and speech skill rehabilitation training was the guarantee.Multi-channel cochlear implant was the effective method for the treatment of severe hearing loss
