浅论农村卫生现状及提高农民健康意识的思考

摘　　要：我国是农业大国,农村人口占多数,农民的健康水平直接关系到农业的繁荣及农村的发展,关系到我国经济和社会发展目标的实现。对健康知识的掌握程度和日常健康行为习惯是影响居民健康素质和水平的重要因素。而获得健康的关键首先要有健康的新观念。本文通过剖析广大农村卫生水平的现状及存在问题,结合现代健康及健康意识的内涵,提出如果要提高广大农民的健康水平,需运用现代的健康及健康意识的概念,着重从提高农民的自我健康意识出发,首先应从个人卫生、保健抓起,尤其要从娃娃抓起,重视预防保健,改变不良的生活习惯和生活方式,注重家庭生活对个人健康的作用,加大对农民自我保健知识的宣传力度和对农民健康的投入,并得到社会各界、各部门的大力配合。通过在农村开展健康教育,普及自我保健知识,从而提高农民的自身健康意识,养成健康的行为习惯,才能有效地提高农民的健康水平。China was a large agricultural country with the majority of rural population.The health of peasants was directly related to the prosperity of agriculture and rural development,related to the completion of China’s economic and social development Goals.Mastery of health knowledge and daily health habits were significant factors that affect the quality and level of residents’health.New concept of health was needed first to obtain health.By analyzing the status and existing problems of the level of rural health,combined with contents of modern health and its realization;in this article,it pointed that it’s required the use of modern conception of health and health awareness,and to focus on the improvement of self-health awareness of farmers as beginning.First of all,we must begin with personal heath and care,especially from child,and pay attention to preventive health care,change unhealthy daily habits and life style,stress the effects of family life on health,advance the popularization of knowledge in self-care in rural areas,increase the investment,and receive cooperation of every field and department of the society.By the methods of health education to popularize self-care knowledge,to raise self-health awareness of the farmers and develop healthy habits,the health of peasants can be improved effectively
