摘  要:针对纺织空调系统具有多干扰性、多工况性、温湿度相关性以及存在非线性、耦合大滞后性等特点,采用串级控制技术,即主副两级控制,和分程控制技术等优化执行器的调节顺序和弱化耦合降低相关性,在控制中采用湿度优先原则,采用模糊PID算法在线自适应整定PID参数。在纺织行业除尘中,这些智能控制策略在由中央监控站、现场控制器(下位机)、现场传感器与执行器3个基本层次组成的分布式控制系统(DCS)中得以实现,较好地实现了空调节能,取得了较好的应用效果。Some control techniques have been studied in air conditioning system in textile industry.The air conditioning system in textile industry has the characteristics of multi interferences,multi operation conditions;and in the system there exist correlation and coupling between humidity and temperature,large lag,nonlinearity and etc.In accordance with these characteristics,a two-level controller(main and auxiliary) and split control are applied to optimize the operating order of the actuators and decrease the coupling.During the control process,humidity control has the priority over others.Adaptive fuzzy-PID algorithm is adopted to tune the PID parameters on line.These intelligent control techniques have been applied in a distributed control system(DCS),which contains a central supervisory control station,a field controller(slave computer),field sensors and actuators and etc.With these design schemes,the air conditioning system achieves great energy saving and good operation effect.
