摘  要:介绍了自主研发的加氢预精制异构化/非对称裂化-补充精制技术(IAC技术)在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆炼化分公司200 kt/a润滑油基础油加氢装置进行工业应用的情况。结果表明:在缓和的操作条件下,加工石蜡基200SN浅度脱蜡油、650SN糠醛精制油和蜡下油三种原料油,可生产Ⅱ、Ⅲ类的轻质、中质和重质润滑油基础油;生产的Ⅱ类中质基础油和Ⅲ类重质基础油收率分别比传统的异构脱蜡技术提高约9百分点和20百分点。Hydrorefining-isomerization and asymmetric cracking-hydrofinishing technology developed by Petrochemical Research Institute and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics has been successfully applied at the 200 kt/a lube base oil hydrodewaxing unit of Daqing Refining & Petrochemical Company for more than one year. Results show that using paraffin base 200SN light dewaxed oil, 650SN furfural refined oil and loots oil as feedstocks under mild operating conditions, high quality lube base oil including light cut,medium cut,and heavy cut of API Ⅱ , Ⅲ group could be produced with high yields. Compared with conventional isomerization dewaxing technology, using this new technology the yields of API Ⅱ medium cut and API Ⅲ heavy cut were about 9 and 20 percentage points higher,respectively.
