摘 要:以高硫劣质渣油为原料,用自行研发的沸腾床渣油加氢微球催化剂,在STRONG沸腾床试验装置上进行了加氢脱金属试验,考察了温度、空速和氢油体积比对渣油脱金属率的影响。结果表明:在沸腾床全混流的状态下,在试验所考察的温度范围内,渣油加氢脱金属率随着反应温度的增加呈上升趋势,合适的反应温度为380℃;在试验所考察的空速范围内,渣油脱金属率随着空速的增加呈明显下降趋势,合适的空速为1.6h^(-1);在试验所考察的氢油体积比范围内,渣油脱金属率先随氢油体积比的增大而提高,达到一个最佳反应区域(氢油体积比450~550)后,又随氢油体积比的增大而降低。The effect of reaction HDMrate bed mixed under the of inferior high-sulfur res flow reactor, and a self-de test conditions, the HDM temperature, hydrogen to oil volume idue feeds was studied in STRONG veloped microspherical catalyst was rate increased with the increase of ratio and space velocity on the reactor, which is an ebullated involved. Results showed that reaction temperature, and the optimum reaction temperature was 380 ℃ the HDM rate decreased significantly with the increase of space velocity, and the optimum space velocity was 1.6 h^-1 ; With the increase of hydrogen to oil volume ratio,the HDM rate increased firstly to reach a steady zone(H2/oil volume ratio in the range of 450 550)which was an optimum reaction zone,then decreased with the further increase of H2/oil ratio.
