摘　　要：随着智能电网的发展,控制中心与变电站之间、变电站与变电站之间的无缝通信和数据共享成为了迫切的需要。而控制中心所应用的标准IEC61970与变电站应用的标准IEC61850之间的相关性和异构性成为了障碍。因此,重点分析了SCL与CIM的异同,为两者的转化提供新思路。The development of smart grid demands the seamless communication and the data sharing among the control center and transformer substations.But there exists correlation,as well as difference between standard IEC 61970 applied in the control center and standard IEC 61850 in the transformer substations,which constitutes the communication barrier.Therefore,this paper highlights the similarities and differences between SCL and CIM model,and attempts to propose a new method for the mutual transformation between the two information models.
