摘　　要：介绍华东电网调度大楼智能化监控管理系统中智能布线管理、智能视频安防监控、一卡通智能管理、公共应急智能广播、电视信息智能编播、数字会议智能管理、机电设备智能监控、智能物业管理和能耗监测等技术特点和智能管控等适用技术。This paper focuses on the main technical features of intelligent monitoring and management system in the tower of East China Grid Dispatching Center,including intelligent wiring management,smart video security monitoring,intelligent management with one card solution,intelligent public emergency broadcast,intelligent TV program editing and broadcasting,intelligent digital conference system,intelligent monitoring and control of electromechanical facilities,intelligent property management and energy consumption monitoring,etc.
