摘　　要：智能化变电站中各智能设备(IED)间的数据的传输主要是网络通信,通过网络分析仪可以记录整个通信过程,并对记录的通信协议进行分析,为事故分析及运行维护提供了依据。文章依次介绍了网络分析仪的设备、对采样值网、GOOSE网及MMS网报文分析的内容,最后结合一个基于IEC 61850智能化变电站的工程说明网络分析仪在联调过程中发挥的重要作用。Network transmission is the main channel to transmit data among the intelligent devices（IED） of intelligent substations,and the network analyzer can record the overall transmission period and analyze the recorded communication protocols thus provide evidence for the fault analysis and equipment maintenance.This paper introduces in sequence the components of network analyzer,the analysis of the messages in the sampled value network,GOOSE network and MMS network.In the end the paper point out the important role of network analyzer played in transmission after introducing the IEC 61850 based intelligent substation project.
