摘　　要：利用清华同方知网(CNKI)提供的免费增值服务功能,可以在机构数字图书馆中以机构子馆的形式构建高校图书馆地方文献信息服务平台。在该平台中可以整合包括CNKI数据库中的地方文献、馆藏地方文献、网络地方文献、参考咨询在内的资源与服务,对高校图书馆的地方文献工作具有良好的促进作用。This paper discusses how to build local information service platform in the form of sub-library In institutional digital library based on free value-added services in Tongfang CNKI. It points out that resources and services, including local documents in CNKI database, local document collection, online local documents and references, can be integrated in the platform, which plays a role on promoting local document service of university libraries.
