摘  要:结合交叉耦合滤波器综合技术及利用寄生通带实现双通带方法进行双频带通滤波器的设计。将阶梯阻抗谐振器(SIR)结构引入小型化发夹谐振器,利用寄生通带灵活设计双频带通滤波器;利用交叉耦合技术在滤波器阻带产生传输零点,以实现高性能的带外抑制特性;选取4阶2对称传输零点的拓扑结构来实现双频交叉耦合矩阵。研制出的四阶小型化发夹型双频带通滤波器中心频率为2.35 GHz和5.15 GHz,带外衰减基本在30 dB以上;体积小、性能好,具有很好的实用性。A new design on dual-frequency bandpass filters has been investigated by integrating cross-coupling filter synthesis techniques with utilizing parasitic passband of resonators to perform the second passband. Step-impedance resonators are introduced to hairpin resonators to achieve dual frequency resonators. Excellent stopband performance is real- ized by producing appropriate transmission zeros by cross-coupling between resonators with out-off-band depression characteristic of high performance. The topological structure of fourstep two symmetry transmission zero is selected to realize dual-frequency cross coupling matrix. A dual frequency bandpass filter operating at frequencies of 2.35 GHZ and 5.15 GHz, with isolation in stopband more than 30 dB, has been successfully developed and measured results match simulated ones very well.
