单侧多功能外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折

摘　　要：目的观察单侧多功能外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法患者取平卧位,术侧常规、消毒麻醉后,采用闭合复位,或小切口开放复位,经单侧多功能外固定架多针固定治疗肱骨干骨折。结果本组92例采用上述方法治疗。经术后6个月～2.5年的随访,所有骨折均达骨性愈合,平均愈合时间5个月。结论外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折,操作简单、灵活,骨折愈合率高,神经损伤风险小,便于护理及早期功能锻炼,骨折端创伤小,无需再次住院。作者认为,单侧多功能外固定架,是目前治疗肱骨干不同类型骨折比较理想的方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment of humeral fractures.Methods Patients with bilateral conventional hypothesis,after disinfection,using anaesthetic,closed reduction,or a small incision through the open reduction fixation,more humeral fractures fixed treatment below.Results This method was used in 92 cases.After six months of follow-up,there were 2.5 years-all of osseous healing fracture healing time,average five months.Conclusion The treatment of humeral fractures,simple,flexible fracture healing rate might be high,nerve damage,nursing and small risk early functional exercise,fracture,the second hospital without.Think of unilateral external fixation should be muti-function at different types of humeral fractures treated ideal method.
