应用彩色多普勒超声检查下肢深静脉血栓36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声检查在下肢深静脉血栓中的诊断及治疗效果观察中的应用价值。方法应用彩色超声仪对36例下肢深静脉血栓患者进行常规超声和彩色多普勒血流显像检测,观察血栓形成的部位、大小、栓塞程度,并与下肢静脉顺行造影进行对比。结果下肢静脉髂股静脉血栓7例,其中4例完全阻塞,余为部分阻塞;股静脉、小腿深静脉血栓形成22例,其中完全阻塞10例,余为部分阻塞;全下肢深静脉血栓7例,其中完全性闭塞3例。有3例合并大隐静脉曲张及血栓形成,1例大隐静脉切除术后血栓形成。结论二维及彩色多普勒显像对下肢深静脉血栓的部位、形态、类型、管腔阻塞情况,急慢性病变及治疗后再通情况可做出较为肯定的诊断,能对患者病变进行动态的观察。Objective To discuss the application value of 2D and color Doppler in detection of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and its effect.Methods 36 cases of such patient were underwent 2D and color Doppler to observe the location,size degree of thrombosis.The results were compared with retro-angiography.Results There were 7 cases of femoral vein among them there were 4 cases complete obstructed and other partial.There were 22 cases of femoral and leg deep vein among them there were 10 cases complete obstructed and other partial.There were 7 cases of lower limb deep vein among them there were 3 cases complete obstructed and other partial.3 cases of varicosis and throbosis and 1 case of thrombosis after varicosis operation.Conclusion The 2D and color Doppler could assess the situation of thrombosis with location,size and type to obtain the diagnosis and observe the changes of disease.
