摘　　要：目的讨论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨双钢板内固定治疗重度肱骨髁间骨折的疗效。方法对20例重度肱骨髁间粉粹性骨折患者,采用后正中切口经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路,切开复位双钢板内固定治疗。结果 20例患者经平均12个月随访,肘关节功能评定,优:14例;良:4例;可2例,优良率85%。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定治疗重度肱骨髁间粉粹性骨折,手术操作简单、暴露充分、骨折复位满意、固定可靠,可早期功能锻炼、关节功能恢复好、并发症少。Objective To discuss the curative effect of severe condyle of humerus fracture with double steel plate in anconeal process of ulnar approach.Methods 20 cases of such patient were underwent this method and fixed with double plates.Results After 12 months follow-up,the elbow function was excellent in 14 cases,better in 4 cases and good in 2 cases with 85% curative ratio.Conclusion This method of treatment on severe condyle of humerus fracture might be easy to perform,good exposure and fixation with good joint function.
