辛伐他汀联合烟酸缓释片治疗混合型高血脂症

摘　　要：目的探讨辛伐他汀联合烟酸缓释片治疗混合型高血脂症的疗效和安全性的影响。方法将冠心病及高危因素的混合型高血脂症66例分为两组:辛伐他汀组32例,每晚服辛伐他汀20 mg;辛伐他汀联合烟酸缓释片组(联合治疗组)34例,每晚同时服辛伐他汀20 mg与烟酸缓释片500 mg;两组疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后血脂变化和相关不良反应。结果①两组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均有所改善,但以联合治疗组改善明显,且联合治疗组治疗后,TC、LDL-C、TG和HDL-C改善明显优于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05);②联合治疗组TC、LDL-C和TG的达标率分别为61.8%、55.9%5、0.0%,且3项达标率为38.2%,高于辛伐他汀组的12.5%(P<0.05);③两组的不良反应轻微。结论辛伐他汀与烟酸缓释片联合治疗混合型高血脂症有较好调脂作用,安全性高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study the curative effect and the safety of simvastatin combined with nicotinic acid sustained release tablets in the treatment of mixed hyperlipidemia. Methods 66 cases of mixed hyerlipidemia patients were divided into two groups,simvastatin group was 32 cases,simvastatin 20 mg QN po.;simvastatin combined nicotinic acid sustained release tablets group（combined treatment group） was 34 cases,simvastatin 20 mg QN po.and nicotinic acid sustained release tablets 500 mg QN po.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Lipid changes before and after treatment and the associated adverse reactions were observed. Results ①After treatment,serum total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,triglycerides（TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） were improved,however the treatment group improved significantly,and the combined treatment group,TC,LDL-C,TG and HDL-C improved significantly better than simvastatin group（P〈0.05）;②The standard-reaching rate of TC,LDL-C and TG were 61.8%,55.9%,50.0% in combined treatment group,and 3 standard-reaching rate was 38.2%,higher than the simvastatin group,12.5%（P〈0.05）;③Adverse reactions were mild in both groups. Conclusion The combination therapy of simvastatin combined with nicotinic acid sustained release tablets has good lipid modulation effects on mixed heperlipidema and has high safety.The method is worth to be generalization in clinic.
