摘  要:目的探讨强化L-丙氨酰-L-谷氨酰胺(LALG)的肠外营养对外科术后患者营养支持的应用价值。方法将48例外科手术患者随机分为两组各24例,对照组单纯给予静脉营养,治疗组除给予静脉营养外,按0.3 g/kg.d补充LALG。分别在术前、术后第1 d、术后第11 d测定营养指标、免疫功能指标。结果治疗10 d后,营养指标、免疫功能指标均增高,但治疗组增高更明显。结论 LALG强化比单纯的肠外营养更能明显改善外科手术患者的营养状况、免疫功能及预后。Objective To evaluate the effects of L-alanyl-L-glutamine(LALG) intensified parenteral nutrition support in ill surgical patients. Methods 48 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n = 24) received only parenteral nutrition,intensified treatment group(n = 24) received parenteral nutrition and with a dose of 0.3 g/(kg.d) LALG.Nutrition status and immune functions were determined at pretreatment and 1st,11th days after operation.Results After all patients underwent for 10 d,The nutrition an immune functions parameters increased significantly in both groups especially in LALG group.Conclusion LALG intensified parenteral nutrition has better effects on improvement of the nutrition and immune functions.
