摘  要:[目的]探讨谷子理想株型在种质资源选育中的应用。[方法]以具有理想株型形态特征的谷子种质资源立绿谷和立紫谷为试材,配置多个杂交组合,筛选具有理想株型形态特征的杂交后代,经河南、海南两地多年异地加代,将不同种质资源的理想植株形态、生理状态等优良性状整合到同一品种(系)内,培育出具有理想株型的高光效谷子新品种(系)。[结果]经过连续5年多代选育,选育出5个综合性状表现较好的新品种,其农艺性状较原始亲本有了较大的改良,并较好地遗传了原始亲本的叶群结构。[结论]利用原始亲本立绿谷和立紫谷开展谷子理想株型育种具有可行性。[Objectives] To discuss the application of ideal plant shape of paddy in the breeding of germ plasm resources.[Method] Lilvgu and Lizigu that have ideal plant shape were applied as testing materials to cross breed varieties with ideal plant shape.By cross breeding for another generation in Henan Province and Hainan Province,the fine traits of those paddy which has ideal plant shape and good physiological status were well integrated in one strain,that is,a new paddy variety with ideal plant shape was bred.[Result] Five varieties with good comprehensive traits were bred in five years.The agronomic traits inherited from their original parents were greatly improved.Moreover,they inherited the leaf combining posture from the original parents.[Conclusion] It is practical to breed paddy with good plant shape by cross breeding Lilvgu and Lizigu.
