摘 要:[目的]研究海南杜鹃最佳扦插繁殖技术。[方法]以NAA和IBA为生长调节剂,于2009~2010年对海南杜鹃进行嫩枝扦插试验。[结果]在冬季扦插中,以600 mg/L NAA处理的生根率最高,为86.7%;以800 mg/L NAA处理的平均根长最长,为37.1 mm。在春季扦插中,以400 mg/L IBA处理的生根率最高,为75.0%;以800 mg/L NAA处理的平均根长最长,为40.3 mm。[结论]扦插季节对海南杜鹃扦插生根率的影响不显著,该研究结果为海南杜鹃的实际生产提供了参考。[Objective] The aim was to study the best cutting propagation technology of Rhododendron hainanense.[Method] The softwood cuttings on Rhododendron hainanense were made in 2009-2010 with growth regulator of NAA and IBA.[Result] In winter cutting,the rooting ratio was the highest treated with 600 mg/L NAA,reached to 86.7%;and the average root length was the longest treated with 800 mg/L NAA,reached to 37.1 mm.In spring cutting,the rooting ratio was the highest treated with 400 mg/L IBA,reached to 75.0%;and the average root length was the longest treated with 800 mg/L NAA,reached to 40.3 mm.[Conclusion] Cutting season has no significant effect on rooting ratio of Rhododendron hainanense,the result provides some reference for Rhododendron hainanense in practical production.
