摘　　要：[目的]研究辐射对3个切花白菊品种性状的影响。[方法]分别使用剂量为0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4 kGy的60Co-γ辐射处理‘四季白’、‘世界白’、‘优香’3个切花白菊品种的扦插苗。[结果]在一定的辐射剂量范围内,处理后菊花扦插苗的生长高度和成活率随辐射剂量的增大而降低。剂量的增加也导致了叶变细长、叶柄变短、侧芽萌发期和花期延迟。[结论]初步筛选出了一些叶形、花期及腋芽萌发能力变异的植株。[Objective] The experiment studied the effects of 60Co-γ ray on traits of three white cut flower varieties of Chrysanthemum.[Method] The irradiation doses of ＇Sijibai＇,＇Shijiebai＇ and ＇Youxiang＇ were 0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4 KGy respectively.[Result] The plant height and percentage of alive cutting after treated decreased as 60Co-γ ray doses increased.The increment of 60Co-γ ray doses led leaves to be thinner and longer,the petiole shorter,the sprouting of lateral buds decreased and the flowering phase delayed.[Conclusion] Some mutation chrysanthemum plants of leaf shape,sprouting ability of lateral bud,flower phase were selected preliminarily.
