新农村法治建设的有效路径探析——对农村民间组织的理性考察

摘　　要：基于对农村民间组织与新农村法治建设的理性认识,从推进政治体制改革、加强新农村建设立法等方面对新农村法治建设路径进行了探索,提出了相应的对策性建议,希冀能对现阶段新农村建设面临的法治建设问题有所裨益。Based on the rational knowledge of countryside farmers＇ organization and new countryside law construction,explorations to the path of legal construction in advancing political system reform,strengthening new socialist countryside legislation and so on were put forward in this paper.Some corresponding countermeasure were proposed,hoping to help to solve problems in the legal construction the present new rural reconstruction faced.
