摘  要:选取了一种新型的金属表面防护硅烷化处理试剂——乙烯基三氯硅烷,并使其在水和醇混合溶剂中水解,水解过程稳定性好,且能保证硅羟基的含量。通过耐水性测试、盐水浸泡测试、耐酸碱性测试、3%CuSO4溶液点蚀实验结果表明,该新型的金属表面防护硅烷化处理试剂耐水性、耐盐水性、耐酸碱性、耐CuSO4溶液点蚀性性能良好,同时具有环保、成本低等优点,经硅烷处理的金属表面的耐蚀性能优于传统的磷化技术。A new type of metal surface protection silane coupling agents-vinyltrichlorosilane was selected, and was hydrolyzed in water and alcohol mixed solution. The hydrolysis stability of the metal surface protection agent was good, and the silicon hydroxyl content couht be guaranteed to remain. Through water resistance test, saline soaking test, acid and alkaline-proof test and 3% CuSO4 solution pitting corrosion test, the results showed that the performances such as water resistance, salt water resistance, acid and alkaline proof resistance and CuSO4 solution corrosion resistance of the new type of metal surface protection silane coupling agents were good, and it had great advantages such as no pollution and low cost. The metal surfaee had better corrosion resistance after treatment with using this silane coupling agent than with using traditional phosphating technology.
