摘　　要：科技中介对科技成果转化起着重要的桥梁和纽带作用。通过分析黑龙江省科技中介组织的现状和存在的问题,对构建黑龙江省科技中介服务体系,环境发展,市场化运作,提高中介人才素质等重点问题进行了探讨,提出了有针对性的对策和建议。Science and technology media serve as an important bridge for the transforination of scientific results. The current situation of scientific and technical intermediary organization in Heilongjiang is presented, the existing problems in this area are analyzed. The issues are discussed such as instituting technical intermediary service system, improving the development environment, market operatioN, and enhancing the personnel quality. The pertinent and practical solutions to the existing problems are proposed.
