新形势下大学生创业意愿影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：创业带动就业成为解决当前大学生就业问题的一条重要途径,通过对高校大学生创业意愿问卷调查,运用SPSS15.0软件,对影响创业意愿因素进行实证分析,结果显示:知识技能、性格、创业环境、性别是影响大学生创业意愿的显著变量,根据结果提出了提高大学生创业意愿的对策建议。The undertaking leading to the employment becomes one of important ways to employment of current college graduates.Through the questionnaire of college graduates′ undertaking willingness,by means of the SPSS15.0 software,the factors affecting college graduates′ willingness to start their own businesses are subjected to empirical analysis.It is proved that the variables of knowledge skills,disposition,undertaking environment,and sex are the significant variables affecting the college graduates′ undertaking willingness.According to the results,suggestions of promotion of the college graduates′ undertaking willingness are put forward.
