摘  要:目的探讨缬沙坦对家兔急性心肌梗死KChIP2 mRNA表达量的影响。方法家兔36只,随机等分为手术组、药物组、假手术组;各组按术后1周、4周分成2个亚组。应用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应方法检测各组梗死周围区心肌KChIP2 mRNA的水平。结果手术组和药物组在AMI后1周、4周,KChIP2 mRNA表达量均显著降低(P<0.001)。与手术组相比,药物组1周、4周后KChIP2 mRNA表达量均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦能够提高家兔AMI后KChIP2 mRNA水平。Objective To investigate the effects of Valsartan on the mRNA expression of KChIP2 potassium channel after acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in rabbit.Method Rabbits(n=36) was randomly and evenly separated into three groups: sham group、drug group、post-AMI group.And all groups were randomly and evenly separated into two subgroups:one week group、four weeks group.The level of gene transcription of KChIP2 potassium channel was examined by semi quantitative RT-PCR.Results The mRNA expression of KChIP2 significantly decreased in post-AMI group and drug group.Compared with post AMI group,the mRNA expression of KChIP2 significantly increased in drug group.Compared with one week group,the mRNA expression of KChIP2 increased in four weeks group in post AMI group and drug group.Conclusions Valsartan is likely to increase the mRNA Expression of KChIP2 potassium channel in rabbit after AMI.
