苏州古城区体育公共服务体系的发展对策研究

摘　　要：目前苏州古城区体育公共服务的政策、法规较滞后,体育公共服务产品的公益性、便利性、供应量及分配公平缺乏,供需存在矛盾.原因主要在于体育经费来源单一、社会体育指导员作用发挥欠缺、市民缺乏体育健身意识、学校场地设施未能向社会开放、政府重视大型演示活动忽视日常体育活动等.为更好地开发和利用古城区内的体育设施,促使体育资源的优化整合,必须实现体育公共服务的社会化、供给模式多元化、管理规范化、服务信息化.Relevant policies and legislations of public sports service in Suzhou＇s old city region are unable to meet the current needs.Meanwhile,the society lacks nonprofit and convenient public sports service as well as its equal allocation with normal supply and demand.Various factors contribute to the current situation.The source of funds cannot meet the requirement;sports instructors are in short supply;citizens lack fitness awareness;schools＇ sports facilities are not open to the public;government pays too much attention to big shows and neglects daily sports activities.In order for better development,utilization and integration of the sports resources in the old city region,the public sports service must achieve socialization and diversification of supply model with standard management and information service.
