孤东油田防砂工艺技术发展与应用

摘　　要：本文概述了孤东油田近十多年来研究成功并推广应用的几种防砂工艺技术，介绍了这些技术的应用条件和现场应用情况，并就防砂工艺技术的发展进行了讨论。This article reviews the sand control methods developed and used at Gudong Oil Field in Shengli. These are mechanical methods: gravel filled wire wrapped screen; various filter tubes(packed with epoxy resin cemented quartz, with sintered porous copper alloy; with metal wire mat); chemical methods; in situ gelation of phenol/formaldehyde solution, cement/quartz mixture in aqueous suspension, phenolic resin coated sands, in situ gelation of urea/formaldehyde solution; combinational mechanical/chemical methods and clay stabilization/sand consolidation/sand retention methods. some comments are made for further development of sand control measurements. Gudong Oil Field is poor consolidated sandstone reservoirs of viscous oil.
