摘　　要：目的探讨尿道下裂一期成形术治疗尿道下裂的临床疗效。方法采用原位阴茎腹侧皮管法施行尿道下裂一期成形术136例,观察其临床效果。结果 136例患者术后阴茎腹屈矫正均满意;124例术后排尿通畅;发生尿瘘8例,经2次瘘孔修补术后治愈;出现尿道狭窄4例,经尿道扩张后治愈。结论采用原位阴茎腹侧皮管法尿道下裂一期成形术治疗尿道下裂的临床疗效满意。Objective To explore the curative effect of hypospadias an angioplasty for treatment of hypospadias.Methods 136 patients with in situ ventral penile skin tube were treated by hypospadias an angioplasty,and the clinical effect was observed.Results 136 patients were all satisfied with the correction of penile ventral flexor.124 patients with postoperative urination.Fistula occurred in 8 cases,by 2 holes after repair of fistula healing.Urethral stricture occurred in 4 cases who were cured by urethral dilatation.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of treating in situ ventral penile skin tube with hypospadias an angioplasty was of satisfaction.
