摘　　要："厌诉"现象在湖北民族地区农村普遍存在,湖北民族地区"厌诉"的根源主要有:儒家法文化的影响是其思想文化根源;传统的"二元"治理结构是其社会组织根源;少数民族习惯法的存在是其制度根源;诉讼成本的相对高昂是其经济根源。The phenomenon of disgusting lawsuit is very popular in ethnic area in Hubei province and due to the following resources：culture on law of Rujia is the resource of ideology and culture;dual structure of social governance is the resource of social organization;customary law of national minority is the resource of system;the higher cost of lawsuit is the resource of economic.
