摘　　要：目前我国疫苗监督管理领域问题诸多,顽疾难除,其根本原因之一是疫苗信息的不真实、不对称。建立疫苗电子监督管理系统,即建立各种既独立又相互联系的、实时更新的动态数据库,对疫苗生产、流通和接种全过程进行实时监督控制,使相关的信息公开、真实、透明,防止疫苗行业的不正当行为,保证公众的切身利益和接种安全。At present, the vaccine supervision and administration faces many challenges. The essential challenge is the untrue and asymmetric information. A vaccine electronic monitoring system, namely establishing the independent, interrelated real-time dynamic updating of the databases, which would supervise vaccine production, distribution and vaccination, guarantee the vaccine information so as to open and transparent, eliminate false vaccine information transmission, and to protect the vital interests of the public and vaccination safety.
