摘 要:对比研究了流动分散剂RL20、WB42和AC617对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)门尼黏度、门尼焦烧、门尼松弛、PaYfie效应、毛细管流变性能、硫化特性、物理机械性能以及压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,RL20、WB42通过内润滑和外润滑作用,提高了胶料的流动性,效果优于AC617;RL20、WB42使胶料的Payne效应减弱,改善了填料分散性,而AC617则无明显效果;三种流动分散剂对胶料的物理机械性能无明显影响,RL20和WB42使硫化胶的压缩永久变形降低,而AC617使压缩永久变形略有升高。The effects of flowing Moony viscosity, Moony scorch, rheological properties, curing dispersants RL20, WB42 and AC617 on the Moony relaxation, Payne effect, Capillary characteristics, mechanical properties as well as compression set of EPDM were studied. The results showed that by the internal and external lubrications, RL20 and WB42 improved the flowing property of compounds, which were better than AC617. Payne effects were significantly weakened by adding RL20 and WB42, while AC617 filler had no obvious effect. The three flowing dispersants had no significant effect on the physical-mechanical properties of the vulcanizates. RL20 and WB42 decreased the compression set, while the AC617 slightly increased.
