老年患者膀胱尿道镜检查的护理干预及效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理干预对老年患者膀胱尿道镜检查的心理影响及效果观察.方法 将126例初次行膀胱尿道镜检查患者随机分为对照组和干预组各63例.两组均进行常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行人性化关怀护理,加强检查全过程的心理疏导,并对两组患者在检查中出现焦虑、疼痛、生命体征变化进行观察比较.结果 对照组干预后焦虑值（39.60±3.07）,干预组干预后焦虑值（36.71±3.06）,比较差异有极显著性（P＜0.01）.两组术中疼痛明显低于对照组,比较差异有极显著性（P＜0.01）.结论 及时有效对患者进行护理干预,缓解了老年患者紧张、焦虑、恐惧情绪,确保了膀胱尿道镜检查的顺利进行.Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on psychology in elderly patients undergoing cystourethroscopy and the outcomes of intervention. Methods 126 patients who underwent cystourethroscopy for the first time were randomly divided into control group and intervention group （63 for each group）. Both groups received conventional nursing and the intervention group received additional humanistic care and intensified psychological counseling. Anxiety, pain, and changes in vital signs during the procedure were compared between the two groups. The anxiety scores differed significantly between the control group and the intervention group （39.60 ± 3.07）,（36.71 ± 3.06）（P〈0.01）; and the cystourethroscopy induced-pain levels were markedly lower in the intervention group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Timely, effective nursing intervention can relieve nervousness, anxiety,and fear in elderly patients undergoing cystourethroscopy, guaranteeing the smooth process of the procedure.
