摘　　要：目的 观察护理干预对预防老年髋部骨折术后可能发生深静脉血栓的高危人群的效果.方法 2006年1月-2010年12月,对本院收治老年髋部骨折患者施行手术治疗200例,随机分为对照组100例与实验组100例,对照组采用传统的骨科围手术期护理常规,实验组在常规骨科围手术期护理基础上,针对性实施护理干预,观察两组术后下肢深静脉血栓、下肢肿胀及疼痛发生情况.结果 实验组发生下肢深静脉血栓3例、下肢肿胀及疼痛10例,而对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓10例、下肢肿胀及疼痛21例,实验组发生率较对照组低,两组比较,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 护理干预对预防老年髋部骨折术后患者深静脉血栓的形成具有重要意义.Objective Observation of nursing intervention on prevention of elderly hip fracture may occur at high risk of deep vein thrombosis in effect. Methods January 2006-December 2010, on our hospital hip fracture in elderly patients with surgical repair of 200 cases, 100 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 100 patients in the control group using the traditional orthopedic perioperative nursing practice, experimental group were orthopedic perioperative care based on the specific implementation of the nursing intervention, observed postoperative Results Experimental group of deep venous thrombosis, the incidence of lower limb swelling and pain than the control group, two groups, both （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing intervention on prevention of hip fracture in elderly patients after deep vein thrombosis is of great significance.
