平战结合仰头举颏式面罩固定装置的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制一种平战结合主要用于维持伤病员呼吸通畅的面罩固定装置,该装置也可用于颈椎保护。方法:利用手法开放气道原理,由采用高强度橡塑制成的前托与后托组成,后托符合人体颈部凹凸特征,围戴颈部时可以托起患者下颌角,同时设计有固定面罩的襻带,从不同的方向稳妥固定面罩;前托同样符合人体前颈部的特征,与后托围拢时可以使患者头充分后仰,使下颌角和耳垂连线与地面垂直。结果:该装置可以用于固定面罩,同时可以起到手法开放气道效果。结论:该装置结构简单,易于操作,材质柔软,避免划伤,适用于不同大小面罩固定,有利于开放患者气道及经面罩加压给氧,同时可以单独用于维持呼吸道通畅或保护颈椎。Objective To develop a face mask fixed device mainly used for the maintenance of patients airway clear,which could also be used for cervical protection.Methods Using principles of practice open airway,the equipment was composed of front and back care component made of high strength rubber.The back component met the characteristics of human scruff,which could hold up the mandibular angle of patients.When worn around the neck,the mask could be fixed with loop from different directions.The front component was also consistent with the characteristics of fore-neck,which could make the head of patient fully backward when surrounding with the back component,so that the connection of the mandibular angle and the lobe was perpendicular to the ground.Results This device could be used for fixing mask,and also could play a practice effect of opening up the airway.Conclusion The device is simple,easy to operate,with soft material to avoid scratches,fit for the fixation of masks with different sizes,and propitious to open airway for patient and give oxygen through the mask.Also it can be used for the maintenance of airway or protection of cervical spine.
