摘　　要：目的:开发实现对病区呼叫可管理的系统。方法:按照网络模式和单机模式,分别采用SQL Server和Access的数据库分别存储病区床位患者情况及呼叫响应,客户端程序采用Delphi7开发。结果:管理系统实现了对病区床位的自动化图形化管理,医院护理管理部门可以实现查询和统计。结论:护理呼叫管理信息化是医院信息化、数字化管理的一部分,能实现对床位呼叫的有效管理,提高患者的满意度。Objective To develop and implement the ward-call management system.Methods According to the network mode and single mode,the state of patient in the ward bed and the call response were stored using SQL Server and Access database,and the client program was developed using Delphi7.Results The management system achieved the automatic and graphic management of ward beds,which made the management and statistical inquiries could be achieved by the management department.Conclusion The informationization of ward-call management is a part of informationization and digitalization management of hospital.It achieves the effective management of ward-call and improves satisfaction of patient.
