摘　　要：目的:评价iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪在体液检测中的应用。方法:采用iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪对脑脊液胸腹水中有核细胞、红细胞检测的批内精密度、携带污染率、线性等指标进行评价,选择本院脑脊液、胸腹水标本各50例,分别用iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪和传统手工计数法对有核细胞和红细胞定量比对。结果:iQ200检测胸腹水脑脊液中的有核细胞和红细胞具有良好的重复性和线性,携带污染低与手工法定量结果对比相关性良好。结论:iQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪,精密度高、线性范围宽、携带污染率低、检测方便,与传统手工法相比具有一定的优越性。Objective To evaluate the application of the iQ200 automated urine sediment analyzer for body fluid detection.Methods The indexes including the nucleated cells,the within group precision of red blood cell detection,carry-over,linearity in cerebrospinal fluid,and pleural and peritoneal effusions were evaluated by iQ200 automated urine sediment analyzer.50 cases of cerebrospinal fluid,pleural and peritoneal effusions were selected respectively.The quantitative comparison of nucleated cells and red blood cells were detected by the iQ200 automated urine sediment analyzer and traditional hand-counting respectively.Results iQ200 automated urine sediment analyzer achieved good reproducibility and linearity,minimal carry-over in detecting nucleated cells and red blood cells in cerebrospinal fluid,pleural and peritoneal effusions.Compared with hand-counting,both results were well related.Conclusion Compared with the traditional hand-counting in detecting cerebrospinal fluid,pleural and peritoneal effusions,the results by the iQ200 automated urine sediment analyzer have many advantages,for instance,the better correlation,high precision,linear range,low carry-over,and convenience.
