摘　　要：目的：观察自制胫骨远端后内侧解剖钢板的临床应用效果。方法：根据胫骨远端后内侧解剖特征设计出后内侧解剖钢板,共治疗伴有内外侧软组织损伤的胫骨远端骨折52例。结果：术后随访12~18个月（平均14个月）,所有病例获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间20周,按Mazur等踝关节功能评分标准：该组优42例,良6例,可4例,差0例,优良率92.3%,无严重并发症发生。结论：胫骨远端后内侧解剖钢板能够为治疗胫骨远端骨折提供一种新型的内固定材料,弥补内外侧解剖钢板在临床应用的局限性。Objective To evaluate the clinical effection of posteromedial anatomical plate.Methods According to the anatomy of distal posteromedial tibia,the posteromedial anatomical plate was designed and 52 patients with medial and lateral soft tissue injury were treated.Results All cases were followed for 12-18 months（14 months for average）.All fractures obtained bone-union.The mean healing time was 20 weeks.The Mazur score system of ankle showed 40 patients were excellent,6 good,and 4 fair.The excellent and good rates were 90.2%.There were no severe complications.Conclusion Posteromedial anatomical plate can provide a new fixation for treatment of distal tibia fracture to make up for clinical limitation of medial lateral plate.
