摘　　要：介绍正负压心肺复苏和自动压力分散带心肺复苏及其典型的复苏装置Lucas自动心肺复苏器和AutoPulse自动心肺复苏器的临床应用情况。指出自动心肺复苏器的临床应用具有越来越广泛的前景,呼吁加快普及应用于国内较为偏远地区的医疗机构。The active compression and decompression cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） and automated load-distributing band CPR are introduced in this article.And also the clinical application of Lucas and AutoPulse automated cardiopulmonary resuscitators,which are their typical resuscitators,are presented.Now,the prospect of automated cardiopulmonary resuscitator on clinical application is cheerful.Application of automated cardiopulmonary resuscitator embodies medical treatment service quality is improved.And the authors hope that the automated cardiopulmonary resuscitator can be used in relatively remote area＇s medical treatment institution in our country.
