对我军核医学救援体系信息化建设的思考

摘　　要：综述了当前主要发达国家军队在核医学救援装备信息化建设、信息系统建设以及信息传递与共享机制等方面的主要内容及其发展现状,分析了中国核医学救援信息化软硬件及功能体系建设方面的基础与差距,提出了未来中国核医学救援监测预警、防护与洗消装备信息化以及信息系统软件和规章制度等方面建设重点,同时也提出了加强中国核医学救援体系信息化建设应重点关注经费投入、人才建设及军民融合等方面的问题。Nuclear medicine rescue system about informational equipment,information systems,information delivering and sharing regulations with the major developed armies were summarized.Basic and gap in the constructions of informational software and hardware and functional rescue system were analyzed.Major contents on the focus of the construction of informational inspection,defense and washing equipment,information systems and regulations were proposed.The outlay devotion,talents construction and military-civilian integration should be focused on in order to strengthen the construction of nuclear medicine rescue information system.
