全自动清洗机清洗效果检测卡的应用及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解全自动清洗机清洗消毒工作质量,提高灭菌保证水平,加强医院感染控制管理。方法:对清洗机每层放置英国Brown STF清洗效果检测卡,对全自动清洗机器械清洗效果进行监测;并对可能影响清洗效果的因素进行试验。结果:使用STF清洗效果检测卡检测器械清洗质量总合格率为70%,在预洗时加入弱碱性清洗剂浸泡之后再使用STF检测卡检测清洗质量总合格率为83%。结论:检测卡能准确检测器械清洗效果,全自动清洗机的清洗效果有利于提高医疗器械的洁净质量,然而复杂器械清洗仍然不能忽视采取综合清洗方法。Objective To fully understand the working quality of cleaning and disinfection of full-automatic washing and enhance the level of sterilization assurance in order to strengthen the management and infection control in hospital.Methods The Britain STF cleaning test cards were placed in each layer in order to monitor the cleaning effect of equipment in the washing machine.The factors that might influence the cleaning effect were also experimented on.Results The total eligible rate of cleaning quality of the equipment tested by STF card was 70%,which would be 83% if the equipment was soaked in weakly alkaline detergent in the beforehand washing.Conclusion The cleaning effect of equipment can be tested accurately by test card.Cleaning effect of automatic washing is helpful to improve the cleaning quality of medical equipment.However,the cleaning of complicated equipment still cannot ignore comprehensive cleaning method.
