摘  要:研究了一种无硼无铅生料乳浊釉。A low temperature boron free and leadless raw glaze was studied,and the factors having an effect on opacity of glaze were discussed. Key Words zirconium oxide,boron free and leadless,raw opaque glazeing voltammetic method for the determination of Pb 2+ in water with polyvinyl chloride film powder microelectrode without strirring . This method needs no stirring nor plaling mercury and can accumulate Pb 2+ in very dilute supporting electrolyte . In a supporting electrolyte of 0.02 mol/L HAc , a sensitive oxidation peak of lead was found by anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). The peak potential is -0.453 V ( vs .SCE).The linear relationship between the anodic stripping current and concentration of Pb 2+ existed in the range of 5.0×10 -8 ~5.0×10 -6 g/mL , The detection limit is 2.0×10 -8 g/mL . This method was successfully applied to the direct determination of trace lead in water . For tap water a mean value of 1.05×10 -7 g/mL Pb 2+ and for lake water a mean value of 1.19×10 -7 g/mL Pb 2+ were found ,these agree with the method by hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) . The relative standard deviation ( n =5) for Pb 2+ is less than 1.7 % . Recoveries of Pb 2+ in water samples are between 96.2% and 99.5%.
