摘　　要：目的：讨论ESWL对上尿路结石的效果及影响因素。方法：2004年8月~2010年6月,应用国产HK.ESWL-Ⅵ型电磁式体外冲击波碎石机治疗上尿路结石患者815例,并随访。结果：首次碎石治疗成功率为82%,第二次治疗成功率为15%,未见严重并发症。结论：在术前明确诊断,术中正确操作,术后合理辅助治疗的前提下,ESWL治疗上尿路结石疗效可靠,损伤较小,是大部分上尿路结石的有效治疗方法。Objective：To observe the effects and influencing factors of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL） in treatment of upper urinary calculi.Methods： Between Aug.2004 and Jun.2010,815 patients received electromagnetic ESWL for the upper urinary calculi by domestic lithotripter of model HK-ESWL-Ⅵ and were followed up.Results： 82% of the patients were managed by the single intervention and 15% responded to the re-treatment.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion：Given preoperative confirmation,correct performance in operation and right postoperative management,ESWL should be effective for the treatment of upper urinary calculi and potentially lead to less injury to the patients.
