摘 要:对于不同方法制备Al2O3-MgO-K2CO3催化剂用于环戊二烯与甲醇催化甲基化,以甲基环戊二烯的产率来评价催化剂活性。结果表明:各种方法MgO含量均对催化剂活性有明显影响;各种方法制备的催化剂在MgO含量20%~30%(摩尔百分数)时活性最高;最适合的制备方法为沉淀法,在500℃、甲醇∶环戊二烯=2∶1的条件下,甲基环戊二烯的产率可达48.9%The catalyst Al2O3-MgO-K2CO3 prepared by different ways was used to study the methylation between cyclopentadiene and methanol, and the effects of different methods were determined by the yield of methylcyclopentadiene. It's shown that the content of MgO has notable impact to catalysts, The catalysts made in different methods have the highest activities between the content of MgO 20% and 30% (mole percentage ), The suitable way was sedimentation method in preparing catalyst and at the condition of 500 methanol:cyclopentadiene=2:1, the yield of methylcyclopentadiene can reach 48.9% .
