摘　　要：篮球规则与篮球运动的发展相辅相成,2010版篮球规则改变特点为:与NBA规则进一步接轨、规则内容删繁就简,人性化特点突出、允许高科技设备辅助裁判员临场执裁,以上措施都将促进篮球竞赛规则的统一、推动现代篮球运动进一步科学发展。The rules of basketball and the development of basketball motion complement each other.The characteristics of the changement of basketball rules of 2010 version is that： the regulation is more close to the NBA regulation;the regulation content is further condensed;the humanistic nature is more bright,and allows high technology equipment to assist the referee,which will promote basketball rules to be of a consistent further,and gain a highly wide development.
