围绝经期功血介入子宫动脉栓塞治疗的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察围绝经期功血介入子宫动脉栓塞治疗的疗效,并探讨其护理对策。方法 76例围绝经期功血患者随机分为两组,经介入子宫动脉栓塞组34例,经腹子宫全切组42例,两组从手术时间、术中出血量及住院天数三个指标进行对比观察,以及对两组患者术后6 h疼痛进行比较。结果从三个指标来看,经介入子宫动脉栓塞组优于经腹全切组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后6 h疼痛程度的比较:介入组与子宫全切组疼痛级别有差别,介入组疼痛程度明显低于子宫全切组(P<0.05)。34例围绝经期功血患者通过介入治疗及精心护理,均较子宫全切术组获得满意效果。结论围绝经期功血介入治疗具有疗效高、微创、住院时间短、术后恢复快等优点。同时加强术前、术后护理,特别是预防手术并发症的护理是手术成功的重要保障。Objective To observe the curative effects of transuterinal uterine arterial mbolization in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and investigate the nursing countermeasure.Methods 76 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were elected at random,34 cases of them were treated by transuterinal uterine arterial embolization and the others treated by abdominal hysterectomy.The operation time、hemorrhage in operation、length of staying in hospital and pain sensation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time、hemorrhage in operation、length of staying in hospital of cases treated by transuterinal uterine arterial embolization were significantly impressive than those treated by abdominal hysterectomy,and the pain sensation was significantly lower than those treated by abdominal hysterectomy.All the 34 cases treated by transuterinal uterine arterial embolization had satisfacted results after intensive cared.Conclusions It is safe and efficient by transuterinal uterine arterial embolization for perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It is an important guarantee of successful operation to enhance the preoperative and postoperative care,especially the prevention of complications of care.
