区域经济发展与省管县改革协调问题——以辽宁省为个案

摘　　要：基于行政区经济、复合行政等理论,从行政区经济和区域经济一体化之间的矛盾出发,阐述中国区域经济发展现状,并以辽宁省为例,探讨如何通过地方政府间合作机制的重构,加强区域内部县市间的经济合作,最终建构起适应区域经济一体化发展需要的区域行政区划体制,以"省管县"改革推动辽宁省三大区域发展。Based on the theories of administrative area economy and compound administration,aiming at the contradictions between administrative area economy and regional economic integration,the paper elaborated the status of Chinese regional economic development.Taking Liaoning Province as a example,it discussed how to rebuild cooperation mechanism among local governments and strengthen regional economic cooperation among counties and cities in region,and finally constructed the regional administrative division system to adapt the development of regional economic integration,and promote the development of three regions in Liaoning Province by province-governing counties reform.
