摘　　要：现阶段犯罪分子打破地域界限,呈现出跳跃作案、流窜作案、系列作案的特点。通过一般并案条件进行综合分析认定,并案侦查是一种有效节约侦查资源、提高办案效率的路径。文章中对一般并案条件的标记行为进行具体的分析,阐释了标记行为作为并案侦查根据的可行性,并对如何更好地识别出标记行为进行一些思考。Nowadays,the criminals break the limits of geographical areas and the crime shows the features of jumping,moving,and series of crime.Incorporated detection is an effective way of detection which saves resources and improves efficiency of handling cases identified through incorporated conditions.The author makes a specific analysis on marking behavior of general incorporated detection conditions,explains the feasibility of marking behavior as incorporated condition and finally does some thinking on how to better identify marking behavior.
