高效液相色谱法测定五苓片中肉桂酸含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定五苓片中肉桂酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长285 nm。结果肉桂酸进样量在0.009 608～0.288 24μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=6);平均回收率为96.39%,RSD为0.44%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法专属性强、操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于测定五苓片中肉桂酸的含量。Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of cinnamic acid in Wuling Tablets.Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted and Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphric acid（30：70） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 285 nm.Results The calibration curve of cinnamic acid was linear in the range of 0.009 608-0.288 24 μg.The average recover rate was 96.39%,RSD=0.44%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is specific,simple,accurate and has good repeatability.It can be used to determinate the cinnamic acid in Wuling Tablets.
