论颜师古《汉书注》对语源学研究的贡献

摘　　要：颜师古《汉书注》经常利用形声字的声符线索破通假、释源义和标古音,推动了右文说的产生;继承并发展了前代声训中的多种体例;丰富了语转说的术语;运用多种推源方法推出了一些语词的源词;正确阐释了一些事物名称或合成词的命名理据,对后世的语源学研究具有较大的价值和贡献。Yan Shigu in his Hanshu Noted has made great achievements in explanation of words which contains a large amount of sound gloss cases and contributes to later etymological researches.He often explained phonetic loan characters and the meaning of etymology in Chinese determinative-phonetic characters.Through his monograph,he gives birth to the theory of right-part character theory,continues and increases the sound gloss methods,enriches the terminology of language transformation doctrine and deepens the knowledge of sound transformation patterns,succeeds in tracing the origin of many words by the use of various tracing methods,and finally,illustrates the reason for the naming of some objects or compound words.
