中医中药治疗阑尾炎的探讨

摘　　要：文章认为阑尾炎的发病主要是由于肠管内压力的增高,导致粪石和细菌进入阑尾而引起的。据此应用大黄牡丹汤化裁,清热解毒,泻热通便,活血散瘀,以降低肠管内压,改善微循环和抗感染。治疗急慢性阑尾炎,取得了较好的疗效。We believe that the incidence of appendicitis was mainly due to the increase of pressure inside the intestine,resulting in fecal and bacteria into the appendix caused.Accordingly application of rhubarb cut Peony soup,clearing heat and detoxification,diarrhea fever constipation,blood stasis, eliminate carbuncle Sanjie for the law,Integrative Medicine appendicitis,and achieved good effect.
